Poison in our team....

I've never seen such unprofessionalism in my entire stay in the industry. I have been to different places, met different kinds of people -- from meek to maangas -- but none as rude as Poison Ivy. He would give rude remarks, he would do things as he pleases, without informing us. Parang siya lang yung tao sa team, ni hindi niya kami kino-consult and walang pakundangan kaming iniiwan. The team is slowly being demoralized because of him. I don't know what else we can do to thim. HEEELLLPPP!!!!!
